PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Fuji apples are distinguishable by their lively red skin which may be striped or uniform in colour depending on the variety, and have a slightly flattened form.

CHARACTERISTICS OF TASTE
Fuji apples are crisp and slightly tart, with a particularly unmistakable smell.

- hardness: 7.2 - 7.6 Kg/cm2
- starch: 3.5 - 5.0
- sugars: 12.0 - 15.0 brix
- acidity: 3.5 - 4.3 gr/l
